How ordering works
When you tap Buy on TikTok Shop anywhere on this site, you’re taken to the official Novus Beauty listing inside TikTok. Checkout, payment and delivery are all handled by TikTok Shop — with buyer protection and encrypted, secure payments.
Tracking your order
Open the TikTok app and go to Profile → Menu → Your orders. You’ll find your order status, tracking number and delivery updates there. TikTok also sends notifications as your package moves.
Using coupons
Copy a code from this site (like NOVUSBLUSH) and apply it on the TikTok Shop checkout screen before paying. TikTok also shows any live shop vouchers directly on our product listings.
